Aisle to Isle Magazine - Senior Editor & Contributing Writer, Volumes I, II & III

Aisle to Isle magazine was created to showcase the Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts wedding program, and to share stories of couples who said “I do” in the Caribbean. Sandals & Beaches Weddings Blog - Contributing Writer & Event Assistant

In 2023, I had the privilege of rewriting all copy for the Sandals and Beaches Weddings websites. Communicating each brand’s unique voice was challenging but rewarding, as it urged me to approach every page and paragraph from a different lens. More than a few copy blurbs, this project spanned landing pages, subpages, headlines, wedding package names, proofreading, and more — making it one of the most intricate, in-depth freelancing projects I’ve worked on for the Sandals and Beaches brands.

In 2019, I collaborated with the Beaches Resorts weddings team to co-plan and execute a South Asian destination wedding for 75 guests. Prior to the wedding, our team visited Beaches Turks & Caicos for a preliminary scout trip to assess floor plans and envision layouts for each event space. The wedding events consisted of a Haldi, Sangeet, ceremony, and reception.

My role involved pre-event planning, day-of setups, resort walk throughs, and overall execution alongside a group of talented event specialists. Following the event, I wrote a piece for the Beaches blog to recap the work that went into the weekend and the beautiful celebration of love.


As the Content Producer for Nicklaus Marketing & PR (NMPR), I wrote select copy for the Hempzilla website, including product descriptions and blog posts. To raise additional brand awareness and tap into a new audience of potential customers, I connected with an agency representing two professional surfers on the first season of ABC’s The Ultimate Surfer. Their active and holistic lifestyles aligned with Hempzilla’s brand values, which made for a geunine partnership and authentic content. To introduce them to Hempzilla’s exisiting followers, I composed promotional copy for Hempzilla’s homepage banners, email campaigns, and social channels.

While at NMPR, I also had the opportunity to create social content and storyboards for Nutrition21, including a campaign for their patented ingredient Chromax®, which is found in HUM Counter Cravings.

Bits & Pieces Media - Freelance Writer

Highlighting the best spots to dine, the hippest art galleries, stories of local merchants, and the history of each destination, these publications serve as an in-room tour guide for some of Florida’s most vibrant cities.

Our National Parks - Student Writer

The Feature Writing course curriculum at the University of Miami offered an opportunity to concept and write a unique story focused on any National Park of our choice. With the encouragement and support of our professor, four of us ventured west to the Grand Canyon for a long weekend. Between the 6 a.m. sunrises and mule rides along the South Rim, this place transformed my perspective in all the best ways.
